These terms govern your use of Brixa Studio, a design service by BRIXA available at brixastudio.com and through AI assistants via MCP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Brixa Studio lets you turn your brand into reusable design templates and generate on-brand images through conversation with your AI assistant. The service is provided as-is and is under active development: features may change, improve or be replaced.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials safe. One person per account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Your brand, templates and generated images are yours. You keep all rights to what you upload and create. You grant us only the technical license needed to store, process and render that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload (logos, photos, fonts).
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or zero if you use a free plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
If these terms change materially, we will announce it by email before the change takes effect. Questions: support@brixa.ai.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
